In another South African Communist Party initiative, a dialogue is called for 10h00 on Tuesday, September 26th on the 10th Floor of COSATU House, 1 Leyds Street, Braamfontein, South Africa. Safe, Affordable Accessible and Efficient transport for all is the demand of the 2006 Red October Campaign.
